Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging, including the cotton bag. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@nobbybear.com.au. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at hello@nobbybear.com.au with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. In these cases, we'll cover the return postage.
Non-returnable items
We can't accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, sale items, or gift cards. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@nobbybear.com.au.
