SHIPPING POLICY — Nobby Bear(Paste into Shopify admin → Settings → Policies → Shipping policy) Where we shipWe currently ship within Australia only. Processing timeOrders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping options and costs- Standard shipping: $10. Usually arrives 3–9 business days after dispatch.- Express shipping: $15. Usually arrives 1–4 business days after dispatch.- Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and can be longer for regional and remote areas, or during busy periods like Christmas. If you notice a mistake, email us at hello@nobbybear.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't change the address once your order has shipped.
